Model for evaluating the effectiveness of municipal support for the development of small and medium-sized businesses

The article is devoted to solving the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the mechanism of municipal support for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. A model is proposed for evaluating the effectiveness of support for this area of entrepreneurship at the municipal level, the algorithm of which, unlike the existing ones, is based on the basic provisions of the balanced scorecard concept as a methodological tool for strategic management of the organization's development. The application of this model will allow for a comprehensive assessment of the state and development of small and medium-sized businesses through the prism of the transition from strategic goals of territorial development to specific targeted measures of municipal support.
