SoftSkills business competency assessment model: meaningful visualization and applications

The article actualizes the need to change approaches to assessing the educational results demanded by the modern labor market, including softskills of entrepreneurial competencies of students. The article presents the author’s softskills assessment model, the contents of each of its five components are disclosed. The author states that the regulatory framework of the model, the directions of the project teams to search and study relevant, demanded softskills required by the labor market, are required for a productive professional activity. The connection between softskills with standardized educational results and general competencies is well thought out. The guidelines for the selection of modern technologies, methods, techniques and tools for assessing softskills of entrepreneurial competencies of students are indicated.
