This article deals with the internationalization problems of Russian enterprises. Various models of international market expansion are analyzed. In the process, one of them was adapted to the new goal, which is to make the ranked list of the most advantageous countries for the location of branches and subsidiaries. Five types of international expansion strategies have been developed and justified.
