Cash flow optimization model in course of realization of investment strategy on the basis of balanced scorecard

Article is devoted to implementation of balanced scorecard within cash flow management in course of realization of investment strategy by the companies. The problem of improvement of cash flow management gains special importance in the conditions of quickly changing environment. Therefore, an integrated approach to the solution of this issue is necessary for the companies. It would lead to achievement of the planned profitability level, provide financial balance and promote increase of the balance in cash for the reinvestment. All of this finds reflection in four blocks of balanced scorecard. Special attention has been paid to the fact that cash flow optimization at the strategic level has to be performed through their main types.
