Statement of the problem. In order to fulfill all the goals assigned to the aviation industry sector and to solve the tasks of the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of the Aviation Industry”, it is necessary to optimize the working conditions of modern organizations in the aviation industry sector to improve the health of workers (physical, mental, intellectual) and improve working capacity. The development and serial production of products for civil aviation is provided by the production activities of employees (designers, engineers, aircraft technicians). The purpose of the research is to develop a theoretical model of the organization of physical culture and recreation activities for employees of the aviation sector of the industry aged 25-35 on the basis of an integrative approach. Methodology (materials and methods). The methodology of the research includes the method of theoretical modeling on the basis of the processed data obtained in the process of a sociological survey and a questionnaire to assess the level of physical culture and recreation work of aircraft maintenance organizations. Research results. The use of health - improving physical culture during a working day and in free time in order to reduce fatigue, prevent occupational diseases and improve working capacity are necessary conditions for optimizing the work in the workplace. As a result of the analysis and evaluation of the physical culture and wellness work of aircraft maintenance organizations, a model of physical culture and wellness activities of employees of the aviation industry sector based on an integrative approach was developed and proposed for implementation. The model includes four blocks - target, organizational, criterion-evaluation, and effective. Conclusion. As a result of the application of the method of theoretical modeling, a model was developed of the organization of physical culture and recreation activities for employees of the aviation sector of the industry aged 25-35 on the basis of an integrative approach. At the next stage of the study, a pedagogical experiment will be performed with the engineering and technical personnel of aircraft maintenance organizations and the effectiveness of the presented model will be tested based on boundary conditions, followed by the introduction of the developed model in production and in training centers of aviation personnel.
