Organizational model in today's economy

This article is devoted to the analysis of the modern enterprise model from the point of view of three main components - economics, ecology and personnel. It is no secret that many enterprises strive for a symbiotic relationship between these components, since it is on them that the normal functioning and internal foundations of an organization depend. Considered foreign experience on the example of the Japanese, American and Western European models of motivation systems.
