Residual life model of elements of electrical installations and prediction of injury situations

The article considers the stages of the risk analysis of the danger emergence in electrical installations. It is suggested that risk analysis should be considered as a procedure for identifying traumatic situations with the definition of their quantitative assessment. One of the main tasks of the analysis is to obtain information about the state of insulation of electrical installations to determine their residual life and to predict the service life. The justification for the maximum service life of electrical installations is carried out when diagnosing the technical condition of the latter and when determining the quantitative risk assessment comparing it with the normative values. The stages of electrical injuries prediction are described with a description of the mathematical model. An objective indicator for the statistical assessment of the level of electrical safety is the number of injuries for the entire period of service life. The basis for solving this problem is the creation of a regulatory framework and the introduction of a complex of organizational and technical measures regulating the safe operation of electrical installations.
