The article proves that organization of the efficient educational conditions bases on the integral methodological system of the educational process itself, as well as formation of the artistically creative developmental environment, and organization of the creative activity with consideration for designing thinking development stages succession. The author also develops a model of educational conditions for students' designing thinking development in the system of continuing education.
