The article substantiates the necessity of educational support organization for foreign servicemen’s adaptation in a Russian military university. The author presents an original definition of this process and considers a theoretical model of educational support of foreign servicemen’s adaptation in a Russian military college, which includes four interconnected blocks: target, content, activity, result. The author describes the groups of educational conditions enabling the effective implementation of the model.
