Model of teachers’ professional development in conditions of modernization of educational system in republic of Kazakhstan

The article considers model of teachers’ professional development in conditions of modernization of educational system in republic of Kazakhstan based on phenomenal paradigm providing subject role of trainee. The article reveals conditions providing effectiveness of the model and effectiveness of the innovative activity aimed at development of teachers’ professional development system: methodological support, implementation of innovative forms of professional development, including distance learning technologies, presence of staff potential, scientific and methodological support of educational process. This article describes the system of conditions developed by branch of JSC “National Center for professional development “Orleu” Institute for Professional Development of Educators in Kostanay region”. One of the most important components of this system is providing information on a wide range of innovations by means of three scientific journals. Emphasis is placed on the targeted training of the teaching staff for implementing innovative ideas in the process of course and intercourse activities; on implementing applied researches on actual problems of educational system; on introducing international experience.
