The model of cost saving program for the federal state enterprises

The article presents a development algorithm and a model of cost saving program for a testing industrial facilities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, which takes into account the specifics of financial, economic and administrative activities of the federal state enterprises. The example of the program implementation is overviewed in brief. The methodology is universal, and can be adopted successfully by all the federal state enterprises, regardless of the activity type.
