The paper includes a phenomenological model for the calculation the eccentrically compressed brick buildings’ elements (walls, piers, columns, etc.) with corrosion damages influenced by dynamical forces with seismic type which allows to estimate the loading capacity of constructional elements taking into account its physical and geometrical nonlinearity. Numeral realization of the model the algorithm and calculation PC program are worked out.
