Organic farming is seen by some researchers as an inefficient approach to food production. However, organic food and beverages are a rapidly growing market segment in the global food industry. The study is focused on studying the experience of China's foreign trade interaction as an importer of organic food and identifying the features of the Chinese model for the development of organic agriculture.
