A model for developing an organization's standardization system under limited resources conditions

In this paper, we have considered the current problem of developing an organization’s standardization under conditions of limited resources. We have analyzed the reasons for non-fulfillment of the requirements of the standards and other Quality Management Regulations by the organization’s staff. The primary causes of failure to meet the requirements are: limited resources (including time) and inefficient information base of norms and requirements in organizations. We have provided the concepts of a stationary state as a stable value of the results of the implementation of Quality Management Regulations, and an exclusion from the stationary state as a result of the integration of new documented procedures.
