The choice of implementation model of literature intensive courses in a secondary vocational school as educational technology that ensures a formation of personality’s cultural-semantic sphere is substantiated in the article. The invariable and the variable forms of literature intensive training organization are described by the author. Some experimental materials confirming the efficiency of the suggested educational model are adduced.
