Model of controlled growth rates

The article presents the results of the simulation of regulated tariff increases. To permit formal comparison of the two tariff increases in the early and mid-year proposed mathematical model allowing calculate the values increase in time given the response to previous promotions, rather than for individual years. The received results allow to adjust the degree of increase of tariffs the postponement of weenies beginning mid-year.
