Educational quality improvement model on the basis of ISO 9000

In the system of higher professional education the problem dealing with educational quality is a very essential one, as the quality becomes one of the most important criteria of university competitiveness. Quality is paid much attention to and even the work of a University as a whole depends on it. The article considers an education quality improvement model on the basis of ISO 9000. It represents documents on quality assurance and standards, containing minimal requirements. All kinds of work organization must correspond to this quality model regardless of what type of products an enterprise produces or what services it provides.
