The article reveals the problem of accounting of business processes which influence the continuity of insurance companies. The scheme for implementing business processes of the insurance company taking into account risk factors is developed. Basic business processes and risks which influence the continuity of the work of insurer are revealed. The model of business processes accounting of the insurance company reflecting the relation of the sections of insurance company accounting with the relevant business processes and risks is worked out.
