Management model of cooperative processes in the grain products subcomplex of the region

The article reviews approaches to the definition of the essence and content of the concept of "cooperation", the types of cooperation, including those applicable to the grain subcomplex. The authors systematize the prerequisites and problems offormation of cooperative processes. The importance of cooperation for the development of grain products subcomplex in modern conditions is shown. On the example of the Republic of Buryatia schemes of economic relationship between producers of grain and intermediary structures, infrastructure links in distributive process are analysed. The features and trends of recent years in the grain products subcomplex of the Republic of Buryatia are identified. The management model of cooperative processes and also the complex of actions promoting an intensification and increase in competitiveness of a grain production on the basis of cooperation development are offered.
