Model of excited state and the theory of holes in liquid and glasses

The development of certain aspects of the excited state model of liquids and glasses is proposed. It is shown that the basic equation of the model for probability of atom excitation can be obtained not only on gas models, but also from the general principles of statistical physics. The methods of model parameters calculating were worked out. The nature of excited kinetic units in inorganic glasses and amorphous organic polymers is discussed.
