Models of digital competencies of employees: structural and content analysis

The article discusses issues related to the digital transformation of sectors of the economy and the need to introduce a unified standard of digital competencies for employees. The analysis and comparison of the functional structure and content of three models of digital competencies (the DigComp model of digital competencies and its modification for educators DigCompEdu, the model of digital intelligence competencies, the model of competencies for digital transformation team in the public administration system) is given. Their fundamental differences are noted and similar groups of competencies are identified. Based on the presence of similar components, it is concluded that they can be used to develop standards and a unified model of digital competencies for employees.
