The urgency and importance of solving the problems of cascading key performance indicators of the innovative development of corporate business has been substantiated. A method has been developed for assessing the potential for innovative development of the corporation's subsidiaries when planning key performance indicators. A complex of models for cascading key indicators of the effectiveness of innovative development of vertically integrated corporations has been developed, based on the goals and strategies of their development, depending on the level of uncertainty of the environment, the specialization of enterprises, the degree of their independence and interest in innovation.
