The article is concerned with the main approaches to the assessment and formation of corporate culture. The possibility of using of different models and the influence of corporate culture on the effectiveness of organizations are analyzed, the possibilities of the influence of corporate culture on the effectiveness of large educational organizations are considered. The role of corporate culture in improving the quality of the educational process and the efficiency of financial and economic activities of educational organizations are studied. The main directions of modeling and evaluating the effectiveness of the impact of corporate culture on the activities of modern educational organizations are determined. A number of problems arising in the course of creation of large educational parks and having similarities with the problems of formation of corporate culture in private corporations are determined. The proposals on the application of valuation models of the effectiveness of the impact of corporate culture on all activities of educational parks created in the education system of Moscow are formed.
