Theoretical approach to constructing the scheme of morphological modeling of the infection stock in soil is offered and the dynamic models of precipitation influence on the infection stock level in soil, depending on the timing and natural and environmental structures are developed. It is determined that the research results taking into account atmospheric circulation, plant heat and water balance, as well as fertilizer use are necessary in planning the effective agricultural crop production in Krasnoyarsk region.
