Models of optimization labor costs for agrarian production based on nonlinear functions with extreme estimates

The article analyzes the variability of labor costs for agrarian production and proposes nonlinear models for their description with provision for upper and lower estimates. An exponent and a hyperbola, characterizing the tendency of decrease in labor costs are used as functions. The method of describing labor costs according to the main types of agricultural products in the form of nonlinear trends makes it possible to use parametric programming problems for optimizing labor resources. The proposed models for minimizing labor costs of agrarian production have been implemented at a medium-sized enterprise of Irkutsk Oblast. The results of modeling based on the predicted data have shown the possibilities of more efficient use of labor resources. The reduction of labor costs for the main production of the enterprises of this type is at least 5%.
