Setting the task (relevance of the work). The combination of production factors, as well as the presence of external influences on the production structure and the possibility of environmental consequences from these influences determines the need to improve production organization models. The aim of the work is to develop models of production organization to ensure the quality of processes to improve the stability of the production infrastructure. The methods used. Methods of production organization, operations research, quality management, lean manufacturing methods, methods of system dynamics, process approach. The hypothesis of the study: achieving high values of the level of production organization to ensure the quality of processes to increase the sustainability of production infrastructure is ensured by rationalization and optimization of equipment placement, taking into account the impact of external environmental factors, and the intensification of the use of digital production technologies in the concept of “Industry 4.0” and lean manufacturing methods. In the course of the work, the following scientific results were obtained: a basic process model of production organization was developed to ensure the quality of processes to increase the sustainability of the production infrastructure. A process model for the rational placement of equipment for the organization of small-scale production in the concept of Industry 4.0 has been developed to solve the problems of ensuring the quality of processes to increase the sustainability of production infrastructure. A mathematical model of the multi-criteria task of selecting equipment based on the criterion of the effectiveness of the organization of production has been developed to ensure the quality of processes and the stability of the functioning of production facilities under the conditions of negative environmental influences.
