The article presents the results of the sociological study explaining how the corporate culture type of the social protection establishments determines the socioprofessional identity of workers. Based on the cluster analysis of the sociological research data held in the Republic of Dagestan, the author designs four models of social and professional identity. The author determines the types of social institutions, in which one or another type of corporate culture dominates, and describes the inherent processes of social and professional identity of employees.
