The article is a study that emphasizes the impact of coordination on an organization in terms of internal and internal efficiency. It is factors that determine the need for coordination, and factors can take various forms or dimensions. The main driving force or goal of any organization is to achieve a meaningful result or performance. Due to the nature of the internal and external complexities that are associated with the organization, coordination becomes an important element for it. The study aims to study the complexity of coordination and cooperation in the context of a modern organization. The study explores two main models of organizational interaction. Also mentioned are the difficulties of coordination and cooperation in the context of modern organizations.
