The short review of models, tasks and algorithms of situational-adaptable planning of channel resources in systems of mobile broadband communication is given in this article. The methodology of situational-adaptable planning is the development of methods in taking technical decisions in order to improve the effectiveness of using radio resources by their best distribution in servicing zone. This methodology makes it possible to account the change of load in the level of the whole network, the uncertainty of mobile stations and the multiservice oа traffic.
