Project management maturity models: the path to effective project management

The article discusses the importance of assessing a company's project management as a tool for achieving goals and continuous development. Also considered application of tools for assessing the effectiveness of project management using a maturity model. Particular attention is paid to the PMMM model, which represents five levels of project management process maturity: initial management, structured management, organizational management, managed process, optimization process.
