Results of field and modeling studies of anthropogenic eutrophication of the Kuibyshev Reservoir near discharge stormwater Togliatti are presented. The estimation of the size of the zones of biogenic pollution and the growth dynamics of the phytoplankton community was performed. It was established that under the influence of the source of discharge into coastal waters formed hotbed of anthropogenic pollution, which contributes to the «flowering» of water in the areas of recreation.
