Modeling the business process of providing services of the congress centre in hotel complexes in IDEF0 notation

The paper substantiates the relevance of business process modeling in the IDEF0 notation. The process of providing services to the Congress center refers to the main (business) processes that are of value for business travelers, creates added value, so that the hotel has an income. When modeling the business process "to Provide the services of the Congress center" by means of IDEF0, three diagrams were developed: context, its child diagram (of the top-level processes) and the child diagram of the process "to Prepare the room" for the event in it, issued by the contract. For each function identified: service providers (mechanism) that converts (incoming) what motivates artists (management), what is the function execution result (output). The proposed model can be used to develop a standard of the organization, to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the business of the business hotel, to train its employees.
