Modeling of movements of the parallel micromanipulator with bimorph piezoelectric drives in a package of visual block modeling Simulink

In paper results of research the movement of parallel micromanipulator with piezoelectric drives are pre-sented. Modeling is lead with use of application package Matlab/Simulink, thus process of realization the set driving of the manipulator depending on an aspect of solved tasks that allows to define link of defor-mations of managing direct bimorphs with working platform of the manipulator. Control of this process is carried out by means of piezomorph deformation on desired law.
