The modeling natural passive clutters due to influence of ionosphere for long-range radar vhf

The model of natural clutters due to influence of the ionosphere, for long-range radar VHF specific they arise is presented. the procedure for modeling the detection of reflections from the ionospheric inhomogeneities is considered. As an example, the results of simulation of reflections from magnetically oriented inhomogeneities of the electron concentration of the midlatitude ionosphere for long-range radar VHF with a phased antenna array are pointed. The proposed model can be used to develop software intended for testing of long-range radar.
