Simulation of forming creative clusters on the territories of major cities

The article updates the support and stimulation of the growth creative industriesas one of the priority directions of the State policy. The authors underline the socialand economic importance of creative clusters in the territories of major cities.The article explores domestic and foreign experience in setting up such clusters inmetropolitan areas.
