Modeling and developing R&D&I integration: from consortium to network resilience

The article discusses the possibilities of forming a partnership between the industry and the academic sector, which is supported in the future by the development of a network structure based on the trusting interaction of scientific groups and engineering teams, the professional union of university science and the R&D sector of the industry. The model ofjoint effective management ofR&D&I projects and criteria for choosing a partner, as well as the tasks of creating and developing a network of scientific and research groups are discussed.
