Modelling of the immigration: political and legal analysis

The article represents the analysis of global migratory processes. The present stage of social development is characterized by an aggravation of the public life in connection with immigration streams, which makes the research of immigration relevant. The author separately considers a labour immigration as empirical model of migratory processes. Law-enforcement practice of migration policy of the European Union is separately analysed.
