Modeling changes in organizations based on the concept of reengineering

There is a need to define effective methodological tools for building and reconstructing attributes and processes of economic systems of the «organization» type. The article presents a model developed by organizations management systems based on the author's concept of reengineering, which includes a set of stages of transformation of the main structural elements and information links between them. Conscious and adequate use of methodological and technological tools for reforming process structures will improve the quality and efficiency of management activities in modern organizations.
