Simulation of kinematics scheme serial of shells stretchforming double-convex form on stretchforming press FEKD

Considered kinematic scheme identified a new method of stretchforming. In the new method are executed sequentially two stages shaping at the same stretch punch and on the same press with software control type FEKD when installing clips of the press for covering the straight-line sheet preparation. This sequence of forming operations, separated unloading and extension from scanning the surface of the shell on the surface of the stretch punch, leads to a uniform wall thinning details. Kinematic scheme consistent leather is implemented on the press, equipped with an automation system on the press type FEKD due to the simultaneous movement of the left and right balance weights with clips and press table with installed stretch punch.
