Modeling the mechanism of the distribution of transfers I3 of the federal budget

The study of regional differentiation, methods of its mitigation and the basis of state regulation remain relevant today. The Russian Federation, due to its vast territory with 85 regions, is extremely difficult to avoid regional asymmetry. Therefore, many Russian and foreign scientists are engaged in this problem, looking for solutions and new approaches. In many respects, the determining role in the problem of regional alignment is played by interbudgetary relations, on which the stability of the budgetary system depends. Within the framework of this work, a simulation optimization model is considered that combines conflicting goals in one tool.
