Modeling the initial operating mode of the ring from thermoexpanded graphite in cranes with consolidation on the stock

Бесплатный доступ

The initial operating mode of rings made by lot parties from thermoexpanded graphite (TEG) which are used in cranes with consolidations on a stock is investigated. It was supposed that the ring is the thick-walled, elastic uniform thick-walled transversal and isotropic cylinder limited on height fixed in the omental camera by the press plug. On one of face surfaces sealing pressure was set from the press plug. On the internal lateral surface movements in the axial direction that modeled stock back and forth motion in conditions “extra earnings” in the direction of the press plug and to the opposite side were set. The quasistationary operating mode of consolidation assumed lack of ablation of TEG, was modeled by a task for surfaces of contact with a stock of friction law in the form of condition of proportionality of radial and tangent tension. For described above modes analytical solutions of regional tasks were received and consistent patterns of distribution the tension and movements in cross sections of sealing ring are determined.
