Simulation of non-stationary ejection

The method of computer 3D simulation in ANSYS CFX software for researching the working processes in rotodynamic pumps of friction by comparing its results with the results of physical experiment is tested. 3D simulation of working process of a jet pump at its activation and setting for a steady-state working is performed. Comparison of the results of simulation with the data obtained after estimating by one-dimensional physical and mathematical model of non-stationary ejection proves its adequacy and the availability of applying the methods of numerical 3D simulation.
