Modeling of optimal variants of production programs for divisions of an integrated group of enterprises, taking into account external and internal constraints

The increase in the efficiency of the main production activities and the competitiveness of Russian production corporations, including large integrated production structures and vertically integrated holdings, is associated with the improvement of internal mechanisms for planning and managing output programs, taking into account the consistency of production, technological, financial and resource support, and the level of external and internal risks. The article presents problem statements, economic and mathematical models and variants of numerical algorithms for selecting optimal variants of production programs of a management company and structural divisions of an integrated group of enterprises, taking into account resource, market and risk constraints, based on the medium-term margin profit criterion.
