The paper considers the issues of the planning of production, processing and marketing of poultry meat with respect to the demand for finished products and far-sighted use of resources. The mathematical optimization model of production, processing and marketing of broiler meat to OOO «Sayansky broiler» was proposed. Due to the use of the developed model the optimal plan of production, processing of poultry meat and marketing of finished product was elaborated with consideration for the market demand.
