Statistical data of mid-annual number of people, occupied in economy in Samara oblast, values of total regional product and requirement for workers in Samara oblast on years is analyzed. The mathematical model for definition the requirement for workers on the basis of production function in Kobb-Duglas form, considering influence of mid-annual number of people, occupied in economy and total regional product is constructed.
