The article deals with the theoretic-applied model of formation of teenager's educational success developed by the authors. The model is a logical system including the preparation and target bloc (aim, approaches, principles), the content and development bloc (technologies of educational conditions building) and the result and evaluation bloc. The suggested model is capable to support the process of teenager's educational success development during extracurricular activities.
