Modeling of the process of organization and holding a banquet for participants in IDEF0 notation

The functional decomposition of the process of organizing and holding a Banquet was carried out Using the standardized methodology IDEF0 and CASE-tools. A context diagram was developed, which was decomposed into four functional blocks, and their child diagrams. All diagrams for each function block define: inputs, outputs, mechanisms and controls. The developed model provides a clear view of the activities, the necessary resources, which is the end result of each function individually and the entire process as a whole. The model can be used for analysis when identifying a weak link in the work, to develop a standard of organization, training of employees. The work is relevant, promotes the development and application of the digital economy in the restaurant business.
