Modeling of the operation process of a special prefabricated tool for grooving in deep holes of mechanical engineering parts

The article deals with the importance of modeling the process of cutting tool operation during its design. A method of visualizing tool operation using an animation model in the T-Flex CAD environment and "Animation Script" tools is presented. The authors describe in detail the process of animation creation on the basis of ready 3D tool assembly, setting of animation parameters and motion graphs. It is shown how this modeling allows to avoid problems related to inaccuracy of calculations and to ensure smooth operation of the tool in real production conditions.
