Modeling the process of managing the professional development of a teacher in the system of secondary vocational education

The article considers approaches to the definition of the essence of the concepts of professional development, management of professional development. The main characteristics, stages, components of professional development of a teacher, organizational forms and conditions of management of this process are determined. The authors presented a description of the management model of professional development of teachers of secondary vocational education.
