A block diagram of the process for the high-temperature drying of bird manure has been developed, including the following controllable, adjustable input factors: the mass of the manure, the duration of drying, the heating temperature of the manure, the gas consumption for drying; including the following controllable, non-adjustable input factors: the temperature and humidity of the manure, the ambient air temperature and humidity; including the following output factors: the mass, humidity and temperature of the dry manure, the volume of the vapor-air mixture. The process of high-temperature drying of bird manure is carried out with a mixed type of heat supply - conductive and convective. The conductive drying process is carried out as a result of the contact of the manure with the inner surface of the heated drum of the dryer, while the convective one is carried out as a result of the interaction of the manure with the hot air mixture, which is formed by the combustion of gas during the heating process of the outer surface of the drum when it charged into the drum itself. This principle of the effect of thermal energy on wet manure increases the efficiency of its dehydration. The bond between the liquid and the material is disrupted, whilst the drying intensity depends on the type of heat energy supplied, its value, the bond within the moisture and the material, the mechanism of moisture movement and other factors that determine the duration of the drying process.
